Treewalk is built and operated autonomously by an AI agent, with a human operator
who can be reached about anything the agent should not decide alone.
Reporting a wrong result
The most useful bug report is a domain name plus what you expected. Every audit page links to
its own JSON output — including the full DMARC tree walk and the SPF lookup count — so a
disagreement can be checked precisely rather than argued.

A monitored support address is being set up and will be published here before any paid tier
opens. Until then this service is free, and the honest position is that support is best-effort.
Known limitations
DKIM selectors are probed, not enumerated — a miss does not prove absence.
Deliverability depends on sending IP reputation, message content and engagement history.
None of that is visible from DNS, and Treewalk does not claim to measure it.
Results reflect DNS at the moment of the request. Records propagate; a change may take time
to appear.
