Bulk auditing is published as an actor on the Apify Store. Apify is the merchant of record: it takes payment, issues invoices, and its own terms govern billing, cancellation and refunds. One charge per domain successfully audited, with no subscription. Duplicates, unparseable input and failed lookups are not billed, and a run that audits nothing costs nothing.
A run can be given a maximum cost before it starts. When that cap is reached the run stops rather than continuing to work unbilled. Every run writes a receipt recording how many domains were audited, how many were billed, and how many were delivered past the cap.
